ABOUT

In 2019, Sam entered the ultramarathon scene by winning his first race at the River Valley Revenge 100 km in Edmonton, followed by a 5th place finish at the Squamish 50 mile and to cap off his season, he achieved a course record victory at the Golden 120 km in British Columbia. Through conditioning his body with a specific training schedule and adequate fuel he is able to do things he never knew possible. He is addicted to the challenge of distance running.

This spring I'll be attempting to break the FKT (Fastest Known Time) of the Annapurna Circuit. A 230km long loop with 11,000M of elevation gain that circumnavigating the Annapurna massif in Nepal. My goal is to run the trek in under 68 hours 22 minutes beating the previous record set in 2017.
