Cost
Im trying to keep the event as non profit as I can without going in to debt from it. So to play it on the safe side. I have decided the cost of the event will be $55.00. This includes a fairly stacked race kit, beer, pizza, cannabis, campsite permits and a huge selection of draw prizes at the after party and awards.

As this is entirely an unofficial event, cash is the best, but I do accept e-transfers to samueldickieinfo@gmail.com

Rules

COVID-19

According to Kenny, Covid is pretty much over by the end of the month. So share a joint, makeout with your friends and opponents. He don't care, I don't care. Just make sure y'all get consent, it may have been a while for some

Race

I no longer need to split the popular races into waves! This makes things far more competitive and exciting off the start line.

After Party

Still determining where it will be at this point, I will have beers for people as they run through the finish line. But would like to keep the afterparty legal. So looking at either licensing the Rec grounds or booking tables at the Banff Ave Brewing Co.

Start Line and Sign in

No longer any rules regarding this. You can get your sweaty asses as closes as you want from beginning to end <3

Joints

Kenny says you can now share joints!

Trail Etiquette

Passing Fellow Runners

There will be 25 runners on the trail that day, so good chance you will be running in to each other at some point. When passing an oncoming runner, stay to your right and respect your distancing as you pass. When approaching a runner from behind (insert dirty joke) let the runner know you are there, and announce that you will be passing on the left.

Headphones

I don't care at all if you have headphones in, just be mindful of bears, cougars (and I don't just mean Luke) and fellow runners and bikers on the trail

Bikers

There is a high probability that you will pass a biker or two - give those nerds the right of way.
